In partnership with the DoD SkillBridge program and Hiring Our Heroes, our dynamic, multi-skilled network is dedicated to helping Fellows transition from military service to civilian careers by tackling complex challenges and delivering real-world solutions.

SkillBridge is a DoD program that lets active-duty service members spend their last 180 days gaining civilian work experience through full-time training, apprenticeships, or internships.

Hiring Our Heroes is a program that connects service members, veterans, and military spouses with civilian careers through fellowships, training, and networking.
